Assistance services are available for disabled and elderly customers.

Staff with “Care-Fitter*” qualifications are on hand to offer gentle assistance to disabled and elderly customers so that all our customers can use our airport in safety and comfort.

For departures, you will be guided from the location of your choice inside the International Terminal Area (train station, bus and taxi pick-up and drop-off points, parking space, etc.) to the check-in counter of your airline. For arrivals, you will be guided from the arrival lobby to the location of your choice inside the International Terminal Area.

(Airline staff will guide you from the check-in counter to the boarding gate and from the arrival gate to the arrival lobby.)

* Care-Fitter: Qualification for cultivating assistance skills and spirit of hospitality, certified by the public interest incorporated foundation, The Nippon Care-Fit Education Institute.

Please do not hesitate to inform the nearest information counter or concierge if you require assistance.

At the Information Counter, you can rent a wheelchair which can be used as far as your seat on the plane.

If you contact us via the Information Phones in the terminal, our staff will bring a wheelchair to the location of your choice inside the terminal building (e.g., train station or parking space).

Large-size wheelchairs and reclining wheelchairs are also available.

A pick-up service using passenger carts is available on the departure and arrival concourses for those with disabilities, senior citizens, pregnant women, passengers with small children and others who require assistance.

Please ask the airline staff when checking in on the day of your flight.

All restrooms have one or two multipurpose toilets.

Multipurpose toilets allow comfortable use for a wide range of customers, including wheelchair users, elderly persons, ostomates, and customers with infants and toddlers. These cubicles are equipped with a variety of facilities, such as a diaper changing table, a multipurpose bed, a changing platform, an ostomate shower and sink, as well as an emergency button to contact the Disaster Control Center in the case of an emergency.

Where two multipurpose toilets are provided, one cubicle’s layout allows right-hand transfer to the toilet seat from a wheelchair, while the other allows left-hand transfer to the toilet seat.
